  • What if I need to cancel my reservation?

  • Please note that ALL cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event to receive a full refund.

  • What size space does the ice cream truck need?

  • Please reserve 24 ft long and 24 ft wide space for our truck.

  • When will the truck arrive at my event?

  • Our truck will arrive 30 minutes before the start of your event.

  • Where does your Ice Cream Truck go?

  • Our truck will go in a 20 mile radius for our Green location, located at 3875 Massillon Rd, Uniontown, OH 44685.

  • How do I book the food truck to come to my neighborhood?

  • The Pav’s Creamery food truck has a neighborhood option and can be reserved on the date you choose. In order for the food truck to come to the neighborhood you need at least 50 residences and the location must be within 20 miles of the Pav’s Creamery Green location. A $50 deposit, point of contact, name of the neighborhood, and the number of residences will be required to reserve the truck but will be returned to you the day of the event.
